Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Audio-Visual Productions
BACKGROUND & ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
UNICEF’s brand proudly tells our story as the UN organization mandated to protect the rights of every child. UNICEF was established in the aftermath of World War II to help children and young people whose lives and futures were at risk. What mattered to UNICEF was reaching every child in need, protecting their rights to survive, thrive, and reach their full potential and achieve results. This is the DNA of UNICEF.
UNICEF Jamaica is issuing an Invitation to Bid for audio visual producers and companies who can support this vision through the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA).
This LTA will seek to meet repetitive Audio-Visual needs within the office over an initial 2-year LTA Term with the option of an additional year extension. This extension is subject to satisfactory performance and agreement of both contracting parties. The established LTAs will be time bound without a monetary value or guaranteed offtake.
More details can be found in the TOR attached.
