Consultancy Service - Interior design of the Executive Office and Conference Center of the UNECA

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks interested and qualified consultancy firm for the provision of professional interior design service for the Executive Office and UN Conference Center.

The United Nations Conference Center has 10,000 sqmt foot print area and accommodates conference halls, exhibition, dinning, lounges, bar and main lobby areas. The Office of the Executive has floor area of 1,700 sqmt.

Vendors who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through a  “Request for Proposal” (RFP). The selected firm would design interior spaces including selection of most appropriate furniture, Lighting, Color and Interior decoration which will correspond to the functions of the respective office space.The consultancy service consists of professional architectural/engineering services.

UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNECA.  Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered, as vendors with UNECA, are encouraged to register.  The registration Form and “Vendor Response Form” could be downloaded from www.uneca.org/procurement or similar documents could also be collected from the UNECA, Supply Chain Management Section, 2nd floor.
