United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Syria, seeks the interest of qualified vendors and Service Providers to participate in an upcoming tender solicitation for the Rehabilitation of main water pipeline from the first sterilization station to Al-Nayrab Bridge, Aleppo, Syria. The project aims to supply the areas of Al-Maysar, Karm Al-Tarab, Karm Al-Qasr, Krum Berri, Al-Nairab Camp, and the airport with drinking water. The scope of works shall include but not limited to: - Excavation works for pipes and manholes. - Providing and extending ductile cast iron pipes with a diameter of approx. 400 mm, along with the special pieces and the necessary main valves. - Complementary works including but not limited to - Supports behind elbows, faucets, under faucets and the main valves room. - Repair work for damaged sewers, sidewalks, and sidewalks (if any) at pipeline extension sites. - Asphalting works. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. The complete detail of the requirement will be issued to bidders after this request for EOI is closed. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a reply to this REOI does not therefore automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for issuance of the solicitation documents. Only vendors who, in the UN's sole discretion, are deemed eligible and qualified, upon completion of an objective evaluation of the EOI submissions, may receive the final tender solicitation documents.
