Provision of Accommodation,Conference facilities, Airport Transfers and Interpretation Services for three (3) events in Cape Town,South Africa from 04 to 08 November 2024

1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the Provision of Accommodation,Conference facilities,Airport Transfers and Interpretation Services for three (3) events in Cape Town,South Africa from 04 to 08 November 2024 2. Specific requirements for the requested services include: a. Accommodation. b. Conference Facilities. c. Airport Transfers. d. Interpretation(English -French) Services. e. Visa facilitation. 3. Interested bidders must meet the following conditions: a.Bidder must have the requisite local business registration certificates. b.Bidder MUST be able to facilitate Visa processing for the participants. c.Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists(World bank, or any other UN agency). d.Bidder MUST have the capacity to hold the three meetings concurrently. 4. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to carol.kamakia@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. 5. The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Provision of Accommodation,Conference and Airport Transfers and Interpretation Services for three events in Cape Town,SouthAfrica from 04 to 08 November 2024" must be received by UNODC no later than 23h 59 Nairobi local time (GMT+3) on Friday, 24 May 2024
