Provision of Satellite Television Services in Somalia.

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified companies wishing to be considered for inclusion in a tender for the Provision of Satellite Television Services in Somalia. 2. UNSOS intends to enter into a non-exclusive contract for an estimated period of five (5) years (1+1+1+1+1). 3. UNSOS requires the TV Sat in its headquarters in Mogadishu, where the contractor will be require to provide on site technical support in seven (7) locations at Baledogle, Baidoa, Beletweyne. Dhiobley, Jowhar, Kismayo and Dhusamareb. 4. The current Sat TV services support more than 680 users offering variaties of channels including English International news, Movies, Series, Live Sport football, basketball, tennis etc. UNSOS is planing to significantly expand these services to its personnel including other UN entities in Somalia. The detailed scope of requirement will be provided as part of the bidding documents planned to be issued in June 2024 5. Companies interested in submitting expression of interest must be in similar business for not less than three (3) years.
