New clarification added: Dear vendorsInterested bidders requested the following clarification and the UNOPS Procurement team addressed all questions under UNOPS response next to the vendor's request  Vendor request,In the PARTICULARS it is requested to submit certificate of analysis, but this document is available at the batch level and at this point & time we do not know which particular batch will be avilable at time of order. And hence, we request you to reconsider this requirment.Some chemicals in the list (for example, Acetone) require import permit from a regulatory body in the importing country and the supplier also need export license. All this process needs weeks if not months. In this regards, please reconsider delivery time. Some items could be forbiden for export and we may not be able to quote all the items in the list. And hence, we request you to reconsider the evaluation on item basis. UNOPS Response,Regarding the certificate of analysis.
