Provision of Maintenance, Repair Services and Spare Parts for Multi-brand Vehicles to the United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), Brindisi, Italy.

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) is seeking an expression of interest from the qualified companies for the Provision of Maintenance, Repair Services, and spare parts for multi-brand Light Passenger Vehicles for the UNGSC in Brindisi, to be provided on an “as and when required” basis. The contract will cover the following needs for the current brand manufacturers in the UNGSC fleet that are Peugeot, Volkswagen, Nissan and Renault: I) The provision/supply of Original Equipment Manufacturer’s vehicle spare parts and related accessories. II) The provision of Technical Services (Labour) to conduct Inspections, Fault Diagnosis, and Electrical/Hydraulic/Mechanical Repairs in accordance with the Original Equipment manufacturer's standards and specifications. The multi-brand vehicles are configured with various light passenger vehicles and three power systems: gasoline, diesel and Electrical. Due to the related travel time costs for both the Contractor and UNGSC, the vendor’s facilities must be located within a 150 KM radius of the UNGSC, Brindisi located in Piazza del Vento, 1 in Brindisi, Italy. The Contractor will be requested to provide/supply all tools, equipment and related technical diagnostic equipment to undertake the required services. Note: For the Works performed in UNGSC, the Workshop Equipment such as vehicle lifts, floor jacks, and axle stands, where available, will be provided. Split awards will not be considered. The resulting Contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC's sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (3+1+1).
