New amendment added #2: An amendment in this tender was done in the following sections:- Annex 1.2-Site 1-ESMP Al Mukalla Vaccine Warehouse_amended_on_04_June_2024- Annex 1.2-Site 2-ESMP Al Mukalla Vaccine Warehouse_amended_on_04_June_2024Amendment type, there is an updated version of the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP).  The Deadline of the tender has been extended for additional 5 days to allow bidders to go through these updates of the tender.

New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation,Question 1: We would like to clarify about the tender drawings.  We need the Tender drawings for all works for civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines in order to study clearly the items that mentioned in the BoQs.Answer: Please use the Links in "Annex 1.5-Site 1 - Small_Works_RFQ_Drawings.docx" file to get both sites Drawings.Question 2: We would like to clarify about the sites visits.  Is there any specific time for the sites vises, or each bidder can visit the sites separately. and if we may visit the sites separately, kindly privide us the contact detils with responsible personal for each site in order to coordanite the suitable time for the site viste.Answer: Both site considered public area, therefore, no permit to access the sites is required. Therefore, it's the bidder's responsibility to do the visit.Question 3: We would like to clarify about the electrical drawings.  We need the electrical drawings  in order to study single line diagram.Answer: Please use the Link in "Annex 1.5-Site 1 or Annex 2.5-Site 2 - Small_Works_RFQ_Drawings.docx" file to get both sites Drawings.Question 4: We would like to clarify about the tender documents.  Small_Works_RFQ_Company Employee Summary-Mandatory mentioned in the title "Provision of off-grid PV systems for 61 Facilities in multiple locations in Yemen (YEAP II). Also We have found  in the file of Small_Works_RFQ_Forced Labor Declaration Form solar panels as many times howver thais no itemens  for PV systems or solar panels in the BoQS and the drwaings. Kindly, clarify if it relted to this projct or not. Answer: The files' titles have been udpated and bidder should refer to the new files.Question 5: We would like to clarify about the tender drawings.  We have found in the folder of Site 2 - Set of documents in the file of Annex 2.5-Lot 2 - Small_Works_RFQ_Drawings.There are two links for the the drawings, howver the shown drwings in the link it is  for AL HUDAYDAH and  IBB. Answer: Site 2 folder has been updated. Bidders should refer to the updated folder. Question 6: Clarification for requesting air conditioning unit with Environment Friendly Refringent (R-32) technology as stated in the RFQ & tenders for the two warehouses:Reference to the subject above we've received responses from the only  supplier in Yemen indicating that they can not provide the air conditioning unit with R32 technology and they need a more time to due so. In addition such gas is considered high risk and flammable and if used it will required safety protocols for handling such refrigerants with proper technician training which is still weak in Yemen other ways it my lead to serious canciones.Answer: Bidder should comply to the requirement in regard of R-32 Refringent.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly
