Dear Prospective Bidder, Invitation to Bid Procurement of Medical Waste Microwaves/autoclaves with integrated shredder for Pakistan You are invited to submit your offer for the above-mentioned Invitation to bid for the World Health Organization (WHO), Pakistan. Closing Date: 15 May 2024, at 23:00 ((Cairo/Egypt local time) Queries closing Date: 6 May 2024, at 23:00 ((Cairo/Egypt local time) Items Needed: As per the attached (ANNEX 2). Incoterms: DAP WHO Warehouse Pakistan OR FCA nearest port. Offers: • Must comply with the requirements stated in the attached ITB. All Technical details and the financial requirements should be completed as per the annexes 1 and 2, as well as 4, 5 and 6. • Queries are welcome to be received exclusively through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) correspondence before 23April 2024, at 23:00 ((Cairo/Egypt local time) • The Financial and technical offer should be submitted in the attached Excel bidding sheet format and in PDF format (signed/stamped by the supplier) as well. DELIVERY: • Earliest possible delivery time, delivery time more than 3 months may not be considered. Evaluation Of Offers: Compliance with the requested specifications requested by the WHO  Lowest price meeting the required specification.  Quality assurance certificate “CE certificate” is required example o ISO 9001 Certificate - Quality management of the manufacturer or ISO 13485 for Medical Devices - Quality management o Calibration certificates of the pressure and temperature measurement devices. o IEC 60601 Electrical equipment for medical use or IEC 61010-2-040, UL 61010A-2-041, or equivalent electrical safety standard.  Warranty period: the necessary specifications include a 2-year warranty.  The Financial proposal should be submitted by using the provided Annex, Bids with different formats may be rejected. Exclusion Criteria:- • PDF Offers missing filled signed/stamped and Excel sheet format for Annex 2 • Offer submitted after stipulated time and date. • If the technical brochures missing • Authorisation & manufacturer letter missing • The list of accessories is not attached. In case of award, the suppliers should provide: • Signed/Stamped final offers on Company’s Letterhead PDF. And in Excel sheet as per Annex 2 • Filled Signed/stamped Annex – 2 • Product brochures in pdf • Quality assurance certificates Essential Requirements Bid should include the following: - • Currency of the bid should be PKR or US Dollars, or any other United Nations currency will be acceptable. • (Local suppliers wish to offer their products in USD, it is necessary for them to have a valid USD account with a Pakistani bank.) • Validity of the offer is required for 1 year. • Singed/stamped offers on company letterhead will only be acceptable. The supplier should accept, sign and comply to the following attached documents: 1. UN Code of Conduct. 2. Self-Declaration Form.
