Additionally, as a mandatory requirement, we require a letter of authorisation from the publishing house authorising us to purchase the books and confirming the legitimacy of this transaction. Please ensure that the letter is sent alongside your quotation to ngrsupply@unicef.org .Please note that failure to provide the authorisation letter will result in the rejection of your offer.
