Supply and delivery NFI Material for Gitega, Bujumbura Rural and Rumonge (For qualified Burundi based suppliers only)

IOM Burundi would like to invite qualified Burundi based suppliers (exclusively) to submit their best quotation the attached RFQ-BI-PROC 24 048. 

Quotations may be submitted electronically at iomburunditenders@iom.int before 2pm Burundi time on Monday, March 25, 2024.

Kindly read carefully all information and instructions enclosed in the attached document and send your quotation along with the Bidder's form and company profile if you are new to IOM.

Failing to meet the deadline, your Quotation will not be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.

NB :

2. Emails sent on different mailbox will be automatically disqualified.
