Expression of Interest (EOI) EoI 003/2024 Events Management and Facilitation in Pakistan

Expressions of interest are invited from experienced, dynamic, and innovative service providersinterested in providing Events Management and Facilitation services to promote programming for children across the country. The successful provider should demonstrate extensive experience of providing such services at a variety of different scales, from small community trainings, community mobilization events to large scale national events in Pakistan. The successful provider/s would be expected to have sufficient capacity to support all aspects of Event Management and Facilitation services, including events planning and facilitation management at short notice, including all required logistics arrangements, disbursement of funds and financial management working closely with the UNICEF technical team. LTA’s may be established either on a nationwide or provincial basis, therefore providers are encouraged to submit their EOI based on their established geographic presence within Pakistan. Any service provider that fulfils the performance criteria included in this EOI, will be invited to participate in a tender, following which Long-Term Agreement(s) will be established that will be utilized by all UN agencies in Pakistan.
