Expression of Interest (EOI) 004/2024 Media Buying in Pakistan

Expressions of interests are invited from experienced agencies interested in providing Media Buying services to promote programming for children across the country. The successful provider should demonstrate extensive experience of providing media buying and placement services at scale in Pakistan. The successful provider/s would be expected to have a deep understanding of the media landscape in Pakistan, to enable strategic planning, procurement, monitoring and management across all traditional and digital media channels, in accordance with industry best practices. LTA’s may be established by media type; therefore, providers are encouraged to submit their EOI based on their specific area of expertise within Pakistan. Any service provider that fulfils the performance criteria included in this EOI, will be invited to participate in a tender, following which Long-Term Agreement(s) will be established that will be utilized by all UN agencies in Pakistan.
