STP BL-RfQ-Revision of the main project design of the STP BL

The service provider will conduct an expert revision of the construction and furnishing project designs for the Science and Technology Park building and facilities in Banja Luka, in line with the obligations prescribed in the relevant national legislation. It is expected that the process of revision be conducted in parallel with the technical design development process since UNDP has already contracted a company to prepare the construction and furnishing project designs for the STP building and facilities. Thus, the revision process will be conducted in phases, following the dynamics of the completion of different stages of the technical design process. The Service Provider will be responsible for conducting a revision and validating all technical documentation required for construction and furnishing of the STP Banja Luka building. The same documentation will enable the RS Government to prepare a credible loan application for the construction and furnishing of the STP Banja Luka to CEB, as well as to launch construction and furnishing tendering procedures.
