Upgrade of Proposal Management Solution

The International Telecommunication Union (hereinafter referred to as "ITU") issues the present Request for Proposal (RFP) for the upgrade of ITU’s current Proposal Management Solution.
With this RFP ITU intends to engage, in accordance with its rules and procedures, a provider to perform and provide all services specified in the Terms of Reference in the present RFP.
ITU seeks to establish a framework contract with one qualified service provider for the period 2013-2015. Individual orders will be placed through purchase orders.
A Web Conference in order to present ITU’s current solution and help the supplier in making the appropriate estimation of the workload will take place on Monday 8 July from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM Geneva Time.
The present RFP will be administered by ITU’s Procurement Division. Therefore, bidders requiring any clarification about the tender process itself shall submit their queries in writing to the following e-mail address:
Only those queries received in writing, as well as ITU’s relevant written replies, will be considered as an integral part of this RFP and will therefore be taken into consideration in the subsequent evaluation process.
All queries duly received, as well as the related ITU responses, will be published on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org), without mention of the question’s source.
Deadline for submission of queries is Tuesday 9 July 2013 (15h00 Geneva time).
Deadline for submission of proposals is Monday 22 July 2013 (15h00 Geneva time).
Proposals shall be valid until a contract is signed with ITU.
