REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Provisioning of Residential Workshop Hosting Services.

(Open for Three star and above star category hotels in Colombo to Kosgoda and Negombo areas)

UNDP Sri Lanka kindly requests your quotation for the provision of residential workshop hosting services for the PBF-IRF project Knowledge Sharing  residential workshop which is planned to be held in  Sri Lanka  on 27th to 28th  February 2024 with the participation of foreign delegates  as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

Workshop Hosting services will include.
  • Single Room Accommodation on Half Board basis for 85 pax (Kindly refer to the Annex1 for details).

  • Full day conference including lunch and two tea breaks for approximately 85 pax from 27th to 28th February 2024. Kindly refer to the Annex1 for details.
