New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Please refer to our technical criteria to align with UNOPS requirements:3.2.2 Conservation Architect/Engineer (1): The candidate should possess a degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture, along with a minimum of 20 years of work experience in implementing restoration and conservation projects, specifically in the subcategory of Z-A/6 Application in the conservation and restoration of designed architecture. Evaluation criteria details are provided in Schedule 0.5, 4.4.3.2.3 Conservator of Works of Art (1): The applicant should hold a degree in History of Art, History, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 20 years of work experience in implementing artifact emergency evacuation, packing, and conservation. This should be substantiated by a license according to Albanian legislation Z/V/1-6*. These licenses can be held by an individual or collectively by a group covering all necessary licenses. Evaluation criteria are outlined in Schedule 0.5, 4.4. Alternatively, bidders may submit a "STATEMENT OF READINESS," which must be uploaded under the "Documents" section of this ITB. Even if opting for an alternative readiness statement instead of licensing (Z/V6, in particular), the financial offer must allocate the cost of the work. It's crucial to note that the readiness statement does not exempt the bidder from the actual execution of the work. In the event of an award, the process will proceed with the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the awarded company and the NHM. If the above licenses are from the European Union and validated by Albanian authorities, then they are accepted. UNOPS has also allowed Joint Ventures for this Tender to address this issue.Kind regards

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Kindly note that the Drive Supplier Sustainable Questionnaire forms are integrated into the online Forms on UNGM/eSourcing.It is mandatory to electronically access and complete the forms online. There is no need to submit DRIVE 0.9 from returnable forms, as the alternative form is incorporated into the electronic submission. New clarification added: Dear Sir or Madam,We kindly wanted to ask you whether the language of the supporting documents (such as Financial statements, licenses, etc) that will be submitted with the bid need to be translated and noterized in English or whether they can be attached to the bid in their original language? In other words, all the annexes and pertaining parts of the bid submitted to UNOPS by us will be in English, however the documentation (such as Financial statements, licenses, etc) will be in their original language. There are several Conservator of works of art who held these license subcategory,2. The companies have the opportunity to collaborate with one individual or by a number of individuals who cumulatively cover all the required licence subcategory;3.
