This notice is issued to allow companies to express their interest for: 1) Construction of new Accommodations at Kandahar and 2) Security Improvement Works at UNOCA & Bamyan Compounds

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites companies to express their interest to participate in upcoming exercise for the "Construction of new Accommodations at Kandahar and Security Improvement Works at UNOCA & Bamyan Compounds" in Afghanistan. All works shall be in accordance with the statement of works, approved plans, specification of work, conditions of contract and other related documents indicated in the bidding documents. EXTENT OF WORK: The work to be carried out as part of SOW shall involve but not be limited to: 1. Site Works, Excavation 2. Concrete work for structures “RCC and PCC” 3. Stone Masonry Works 4. Hollow Concrete Block Works 5. Plastering Works 6. Painting Works 7. Tile Works “Floor and Wall” 8. Steel Works for CGI roofing and Doors 9. uPVC Windows 10. Solid timber doors and Metal Insulated Doors 11. Kitchen Works 12. Washroom Works 13. General Electrical Works IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION: This notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors later.
