New clarification added: Question:Can you please clarify the quantity for the first aider certificate is it for the total cfws in the school or 1 per school?Answer:The quantity should be per school assuming an average of 50 persons will attend the course in each school.Question:If our price raised above the 20% of unops estimation and our thecnical is acceptable does enter the shortlist?Answer:Any bidder who reaches the financial evaluation (Pass in technical evaluation) will considered shortlisted bidderQuestion:At evaluation criteria Stage: Eligibility and formal criteria point 4 Any price fluctuation beyond a 20% deviation, either higher or lower, from the UNOPS estimate or price median will result in exclusion from the competition. And in Tender Particulars: Lowest priced substantially compliant offer If the contractor is beyond the 20%, either higher or lower, will he be excluded from the shortlisting, or will he be shortlisted? However, UNOPS must approve the CVs upon the award of the Contract. And in Small Works - 6 Solicitation - ITB 04 Sections II, III, IV, V. - Project 22395 - MAFRAQ II Section 3.9 Key Personnel Requirements. shall The Contractor submit all CVs from A1 to A8 and B1 to B8 or only submit the CVs for the Project Manager, two civil Engineers, and 2 Safety officers? For both lots. Answer: The bidder will be evaluated on the requested CVs per lot (Project Manager, two civil Engineers, and 2 Safety officers)Question:I would like to point out, by referring to (Annex 4.1.1. B - Phase 2- Northwestern Badia and Northeastern Badia-LOT 2- BoQ ) in the (Summary ) file, and by looking at the (H24/ TOTAL PRICE OF REHABILITATION WORKS CARRIED TO GRAND SUMMARY ) box, the existing equation is (=SUM(H7:H14) ) and not (=SUM(H7:H23) )Any clarification?Answer:The bidder to insert the equation based on tender requirement.

New clarification added: Note :As a common practice and since 2022, the project was allocating 8% of the total number of cash workers to the contractor skilled workers. Starting from 2024, please note that the 8% of the total number of CfW workers will be allocated in each school as; one supervisor can be assigned to follow up on the technical aspect and the other related to the CfW matters. This will ensure a proper implementation of the project.

New amendment added #2: Amendment 2:This amendment is issued to extend the deadline to be on 17-Jan-2024 intead of 11-Jan-2024Deadline for clarification to be on 11-Jan-2024inserting the governmetal fees for work permit and Social security in the BoQscorrection in school number per lot in the site plan to match the number as per BoQs.

New clarification added: Question:-for transportations from-to schools, please clarify if the rate is per bus or per person, and if person, please clarify why theTargeted number is much less than the total number of CFW labors.Answer:On working days, the CfW labors are paid 14 JD per working day, this amount is calculated as 12 JD work fees, 1JD for food and 1JD. While during the rest day (Friday or paid holidays or sick leaves) the daily pay for workers is 12JD. Question:-Please clarify if joint-venture between 2 parties is allowed for this tender.Answer:Yes , it is allowed. Question:-Please clarify if there is minimum classification for the grade of the contractors.Answer:The bidder has valid registration as not less than Fourth Grade (Construction or Maintenance) Jordanian Contractors registered at the Jordanian Ministry of Public Works and the Jordanian Construction Contractors Association . In Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or any other relevant university degrees, AND has certificates in relevant HSSE trainingsQuestion:IIs the prices fluctuation calculated per item or per the total price of the lot ?Answer:Per lotQuestion:Also the estimation of unops prices does it take into consideration the different classification of the contractor's? ie first and second class contractors have higher administrative costs and higher taxes rate?Aslo can you briefly explain to us the methodology unops used in their price analysis?Answer:It takes into consideration the market prices, average of previous tenders and UNOPS Engineer Estimate.
