New clarification added: QUESTIONWe are currently in the process of preparing our bid for the aforementioned initiative and seek some clarifications regarding Task 3: Stakeholder Consultations. As per the Schedule of Requirement on page 8, it is stated that 'Consultation planned and organized by the consultant should include at least 50 participants'. Could you please clarify if this requirement of at least 50 participants applies to each consultation workshop? This query specifically pertains to the two technical online consultations and one government-level hybrid consultation mentioned in the RFP.Additionally, we would appreciate guidance on the expected financial/operational responsibilities of the contractor. Is the contractor expected to cover all costs associated with organising these workshops? This includes expenses such as travel arrangements, DSA, venue bookings, and any financial remuneration for participants' contributions. ANSWERThe number of participants and possible distributions needs to be followed for the technical consultations. For the government-level consultation the number of participants can be adjusted as per the work startegy developed by the respective bidder.Bidders need to include all expenses in the proposed budget and take responsibility of organizing the consultations as mentioned in the page 8 of the ToR. Best Regards,
