The key objective of the assignment is the coordination and implementation of twelve (12) to fifteen (15) technical cooperation and knowledge transfer activities in a South-South and triangular cooperation among 19 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, namely Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Venezuela. The Contractor will seek to promote the exchange of experiences between countries in a systematized and visible way to raise awareness of the opportunities for South-South and triangular technical cooperation and highlight the current capacities of countries in the leadership and implementation of interventions related to SDG 9.
