National Consultant for tailored financial audit of Mostar Water Utility company

Description of the Assignment: The Consultant will conduct interviews with representatives of the Mostar City Administration (Founders of the Mostar utility company) and the relevant Tax Administration. Bsed on the detailed analysis and interviews the Consultant will provide a detailed analysis of the compans liabilities with recommendations/action plan to improve the companys financial position, and a draft proposal for agreement with the Tax Administration for obtaining a certificate of settled obligations (in local language).Following the acceptance of the analysis, the Consultant will prepare a Summary Report, briefly summarizing described plans and recommendations (in English language). The consultancy will be provided in line with the specific needs of Mostar Water utility company.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 15 days within period January 2024- March 2024.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
