Provision of Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Training and Mentoring to SCAA Personnel for UNSOS

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) aims to engage the services of a suitably qualified vendor(s) to set up a contract for the Provision of Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Training and Mentoring to SCAA Personnel for UNSOS. UNSOS seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors with experience in the field and fully licensed with the government in their respective countries for the provision of Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) training to ATMIS and mentoring to Somalia Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) personnel in different airports of Mission Area of Responsibility. The Service Location are required in seven (7) established airfields/heliport. UNSOS may request the Contractor to relocate, reduce, increase the area of the service, as well as open additional locations within UNSOS premises. UNSOS plan to enter into three (03) years period contract with UNSOS sole option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, starting from April 2024. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued in January 2024.
