New clarification added: Question:Kindly find two inquries regarding BoQ in lot (1):- Item a 2.2: There is no quantity in this item. - Item A0 : According to the replace warehouse the rent of it should be paid by the contractor or the organization itself.UNOPS reply:- Bidder to consider the Amended BoQ that will be posted shortly as follows:“Annex 1.3-LOT1 - Bill of Quantities_REV2”: addition of qty of item A2.2 (highlighted in yellow)"Annex 3.3-LOT1 - Bill of Quantities_REV2": removal of B8.1 - b from previous version- BoQ item limited to transportation services, no rental of alternative warehouse is include.

New clarification added: Question: In clause A7.3.d It is not possible to paint external walls with epoxy because epoxy is affected by sunlight, which leads to yellowing or cracking. It is better to use external acrylic paint or polyurethane paint.UNOPS reply: Bidder should comply with the mentioned requirements as per the technical specifications mentioned in the BoQ.

New clarification added: Question:what is the meaning for your request (Certificate of the training by the manufacturer for similar type of Warehouses High build epoxy coating system (for Epoxy Expert)UNOPS reply:As detailed in Section II, Bidder shall submit CV and certificates of training as proof that the proposed Epoxy expert meets the required qualifications and area of experience detailed in schedule 3.9 Key Personnel Requirements - section V: Requirements.
