LRFQ-2023-9187282 Purchase Meraki supplies for DPRK

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure Meraki supplies for DPRK through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit quotation as outlined in this invitation to bid attached.

The deadline for submitting your proposals is 10:20am, 07 December 2023 (Beijing Time). 

The bid documents should be sent to UNICEF China Office by email. Emailing address is chinabid@unicef.org with maximum ten (10) megabytes attachments per email which should be submitted in PDF format. Larger attachments should be separated in multiple emails with clear indication in the subject line. 

The subject line of the e-mail should also include the above-mentioned bid number (9187282). When send your quotation, no other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email to chinabid@unicef.org. Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated.

!! It is mandatory to send the stamped and signed “bid form and declaration form” on page 3-5 of the tender document along with the quotation email. !!

All bidders interested in doing business with UNICEF must respond to all the points requested in the Bid/declaration form. By signing it, the vendor agrees that their company and its management have not been the subject of a final judgment or of a final administrative decision for any of the exclusion criteria outlined in the form.

Offers which fail against mandatory criteria are non-compliant and may lead to invalid bid submission.
