With this RfP, ITU intends to engage, in accordance with its rules and procedures, a service provider to perform and provide all requirements specified in the Terms of Reference of the present RfP. ITU seeks to enter into a contract with the Successful Bidder.
The contract does not in itself constitute an obligation for any goods and services and ITU does not warrant that any quantity of goods and services will be purchased during the term of the contract. Only an order in the form of a purchase order (PO) shall obligate ITU to purchase goods and services requested.
This RfP will be administered by the ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, bidders requiring any clarification about the RfP documents, or the tender process itself, shall submit their queries in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to the following address:

All queries duly received, as well as the related ITU responses, will be published on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org), without mention of the question’s source.
Deadline for submission of queries is Monday 3 June 2013 (12h00 Geneva time).
