New amendment added #3: 1- Additional Clarification in the evaluation method: Bidders shall be allowed to quote prices for one or more BoQs identified in this tender. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each BoQ and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a BoQ. The technical evaluation will be done per BoQ. In case of split award, UNOPS reserves the right to award the contract between several suppliers.2- Update the Bill of Quantity by seperating the items into four BoQs.

New clarification added: Question 2: Extension of Submission Time: We kindly request an extension as we require additional time to prepare and finalize our submission. Answer: The tender has been extended to 18.December.2023 9:00 am.Question 3: Division of Tender into Lots: Can the tender be divided into multiple lots? We would like to inquire if it is permissible to submit separate lots.We would greatly appreciate your clarification on these matters. Thank you for your attention to our inquiries. Answer: It is not possible to divide the tender to lots, however, bidders shall be allowed to quote prices for one or more BoQs identified in this tender. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each BoQ and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a BoQ. The technical evaluation will be done per BoQ. In case of split award, UNOPS reserves the right to award the contract between several suppliers.Question 4: Having reviewed your clarification on not separating items by lots, we would appreciate you extending the deadline and submitting a complete offer as we have some communication with the factories that will take some time. Evaluation will be done for the total requirement. In case none of the bidders submitted compliant items for the total requirement requested, UNOPS has the right to evaluate offers based on partial items. Evaluation will be done per item.
