Description

UNHCR invites qualified suppliers and institutional banking service providers to make a firm proposal to provide/ propose financial services for delivering cash-based interventions for UNHCR in Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria.

In this specific RFP tender, country-specific bidding is preferred and accepted. Bidders aiming to bid for more than one (1) country can also do so, provided that they submit a separate proposal for each country and each delivery modality.
