The International Telecommunication Union (hereinafter referred to as "ITU") issues the present Request for Proposal (RfP) for the provision of public relation services for ITU Telecom World 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”).
With this RfP, ITU intends to engage, in accordance with its rules and procedures, a service provider to perform and provide all requirements specified in this present RfP.
This RfP will be administered by ITU’s Procurement Division. Therefore, bidders requiring any clarification about the RfP documents, or the tender process itself, shall submit their queries in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to the following address:

Only those queries received in writing, as well as ITU’s relevant written replies, will be considered as an integral part of this RfP and will therefore be taken into consideration in the subsequent evaluation process. All queries duly received, as well as the related ITU responses, will be published on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org), without mention of the question’s source.
Deadline for submission of queries is Thursday 16 May 2013 (15h00 Geneva time).
Deadline for submission of proposals is Thursday 30 May 2013 (15h00 Geneva time).
Proposals shall be valid until a contract is signed with ITU.
