EN FRANCAIS L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des expréssions d'intérêt pour un appel d'offres qu'il émettera prochainement pour la fourniture, la mise en place et la maintenance d’un système d’extinction au gaz pour le local informatique H-221 (surface : 23 [m2 ] ; Volume : 105 [m3 ] au 2ème étage du bâtiment H du Palais des Nations à Genève (Suisse). Le but est établir un contrat pour une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec possibilité d’une prolongation de deux (2) périodes supplémentaires et consécutives d’une (1) année maximum chacune (3+1+1), sous réserve de l'éxécution satisfaisante des prestations effectuées et de la disponibilité des budgets de l'ONUG. • Le soumissionnaire fournira une installation avec extinction à l’azote IG100 conforme à la norme ISO 14520 et EN 15004 et système de détection conforme aux directives VKF, AEAI (Association des Etablissements Cantonaux d’Assurance Incendie) et SES (Association Suisse des Constructeurs de Systèmes de sécurité). • La maintenance préventive : Contrôle et entretien technique (une fois par an). • La maintenance curative hors forfait: Sur devis, à remettre dans les vingt-quatre (24) heures suivant le signalement de la dégradation. Veuillez noter que cette demande d'expression d'intérêt (EOI) ne constitue pas un appel d'offres. Seuls les socétés considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invités à participer. Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IN ENGLISH: The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest in a forthcoming tender for the maintenance of the gas extinguishing installations of the Palais des Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). The aim is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of two (2) additional and consecutive periods of one (1) year maximum each (3+1+1), subject to the satisfactory performance of the services and the availability of the UNOG budget. • The tenderer will provide an installation with IG100 nitrogen extinguishing in accordance with ISO 14520 and EN 15004 and a detection system in accordance with VKF, AEAI (Association des Etablissements Cantonaux d'Assurance Incendie) and SES (Association Suisse des Constructeurs de Systèmes de Sécurité) directives. • Preventive maintenance: Technical inspection and servicing (once a year). • Remedial maintenance not included in the fixed price: A quotation to be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the damage being reported.
