UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of [Consultancy for Evaulation of COVID 19 Response& Resilience building of Health Systems in Zambia . BRIEF BACKGROUND The purpose of this evaluation is to inform policy makers and programme managers on the implications of the COVID-19 response and resilience building of health systems in Zambia, focusing on strategies, approaches, actions, and the best practices across the entire spectrum of COVID-19 emergency responses (including recovery), and the continuity of essential health services. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
