Provision of canteen/cafeteria services at the UN International Residual Mechanism For Criminal Tribunals,(IRMCT) Arusha Branch

1. The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide canteen/cafeteria services to its staff based in Arusha., 2. The vendor will provide canteen/cafeteria services at UN-IRMCT Arusha Branch located at its premises in Kisongo, Arusha. 3. UN-IRMCT will provide the site with some equipment and which can be seen during the site visit to be organised during the solicitation process. The Service provider shall be responsible for providing additional equipment, material, supplies to fulfill the service requirement. 4. The proposed term of Contract/s shall be for an initial one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years of one (1) year each (“1st and 2nd Optional Extensions”) at the sole discretion of the IRMCT and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor 5. Please note, this is NOT an invitation for submission of Offers. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation when issued. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UN-IRMCT reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. 6.
