New clarification added: Thank you for your mail.We shall provide DAP Papua New Guinea, but the Import duty Tax Exemption Certificates is to be provided by UNOPS at the Destination PortAnswer: Please remember to note the import duty to your total cost. Tax exemption certificates can be provided when requested.
