UNEP/DTIE in Paris, France seeks qualified firms to provide one full-time in-house IT support staff at DTIE's premises in Paris for ten (10) months, with possibility of extension to carry out the following activities: 1. 30% - Replace current aging 'Internal' applications with new applications using Off the Shelve packages or create new applications using .NET, DotNetNuke or Lotus Notes; 2. 30% - Create new application to facilitate internal workflows and reduce amount of paper Off the Shelve packages or create new applications using .NET, DotNetNuke or Lotus Notes; 3. 15% - Organize and coordinate a new outsourced service for hosting DTIE’s Project websites with requirements that are outside of UNEP’s web policy.; 4. 10% - Give advice, guidance, training and support on DotNetNuke to all DTIE staff if required; 5. 10% - Give advice and guidance to staff and consultants involved in various DTIE’s web projects; 6. 5% - Provide in-house web development service for projects that do not require more than two working days (very small website, operating on Flash).
