RFQ-2023-88- CONSULTANT SUPPORT FOR NDAP ROUND III (NATIONAL DATA ANALYSIS PLAN UNDER NACP V)

Services of a consultant to support roll out of National Data Analysis Plan III is sought. The consultant will work under the overall guidance of HOD SI NACO, and closely with the Data Analysis and Use Unit and will be based at NACO unit. He/she will support the implementation of the National Data Analysis Plan-III including undertaking data analysis, data management, coordination, supporting organisation of capacity building initiatives, assistance to the publications and their dissemination. The outcomes of the support will help in roll out and completion of round III of the National Data Analysis Plan.

Duty station: The consultant will be expected to work from the NACO office premises in New Delhi
New Delhi, India. Duration of the consultancy: 9th October 2023 to 27th September 2024 (maximum of 22 working days in a month)

Scope of work
Under the supervision of HOD SI NACO through NACO Officer Data Analysis and Use, Government of India and UNAIDS Country Director through the Strategic Information Adviser, the scope of service is as follows:
• Support implementation of the ongoing round of NDAP III
• Coordinate the NDAP activities. Liaison with various divisions of NACO, SACS, mentors, and analysts
• Support in collating the data, assessing the data quality, finalization of datasets and data analysis for the selected priority topics under NADP.
• Support the analyst teams in preparation of the draft reports in the data analyses.
• Support in the organization of the meetings/ workshops related to data analysis, data quality and scientific writing.
• Support in finalization of the reports/technical briefs on the data analyses undertaken in this round of NDAP.
• Support in the preparation and publication of the final report of the ongoing round of NDAP and its dissemination
• Support in the programme & NFHS data analysis, conducting meetings related to NDAP.
• Any other task assigned by NACO senior officer.
