We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment - RFQ/2023/009 - UN Auditorium LED screen. To facilitate meetings, conferences, and stakeholder consultations, the UN House Auditorium serves as the designated venue for all UN events

Currently, the existing display system necessitates an upgrade. In response, the United Nations in Mongolia will engage a local company to procure a new system in accordance with the specifications outlined in the provided Terms of References

Pre-bid meeting - Friday 15th September 2023, 13:00 PM Venue - UN House, United Nations Street 14 Sukhbaatar District, 14201, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Note: Interested bidders must notify UNDP through emailing bids.mn@undp.org by 13^th September to get premises access clearance. A maximum of 1 person per company will be allowed.
