UNON, on behalf of UNEP DTIE Paris, France, seeks qualified vendors to engage for the provision of rental/ leasing of IT equipment (laptop computers and accessories), as well as maintenance services for a possible 5-year duration. The following are mandatory requirements for participation in the tender to be issued shortly: - EPEAT GOLD Certified - Possibility for the internal keyboard on the laptop to be changed by end-user - Intel Processors - Integrated Keyboard US or UK - External USB keyboard US or UK and external USB keyboard FR - Microsoft Windows 7 in English Professionnal OEM - Microsoft Office 2010 in English 'small Entreprise' OEM - 4 years standard warranty service from the computer make - 4 years insurance for damage and theft - End of life disposal of all hardware - "Green" environmental standards Other specifications and requirements shall be communicated in due course in the tender.
