New clarification added: Q1:Reference is made to technical specifications of Lot#3 Set for ultrasound video gastroscopy, stipulated in block G,H,I and J. You are requesting an EUS (Endoscopic ultrasound) system, however, you are asking for a high level Ultrasound system which can be used in different departments rather than endoscopy department only. In order to utilize the budget efficiently, we highly recommend to replace the existing requested advanced ultrasound device with an endoscopy dedicated ultrasound system as the system will be used during endoscopy procedures. We also would like to inform you that current endoscopic towers already have 27'' monitor as a standard configuration. Also, monitor provides picture and picture features which means ultrasound imaging and patient monitoring can be done at the same time. In order to utilize the budget efficiently, we highly recommend to remove line J and revise G,H, I and J blocks as follows:G-General description of the ultrasonic processor: Model (full and exact name): indicate; Manufacturer (full and exact name): indicate; Country of origin: indicate; Technical documentation: present; H-Ultrasonic processor features; Supported scan rate: B-Mode : 5MHz, 7.5MHz, 10MHz, 12MHz; Color Doppler : 4MHz, 6MHz; Diagnostic depth at least: 15 to 120mm; Radial ultrasonic endoscope Rotation at least : 0 to 355° ; Max. A1:Regarding you question on Lot #3, please be informed that the end user requested for an indipendent Ultrasound device with all requested diagnostic possibilities, as well as possibility to perform endoscopic ultrasound procedures. Based on this we can not reduce our technical requirements. If the technology that you plan to offer supports all the requirements of ultrasound diagnostics that are listed in returnble form D, we strongly support you to offer more advanced technical solutions.
