Description
UNEP requires a highly specialized technology to provide strategic intelligence and influencer mapping capability that can be tailored to UNEP unique needs. The proposed procurement will be limited to a six-month pilot initially to: (a) Benchmark the extent of UNEPs influence on the public discourse on the triple planetary crisis; (b) Provide the strategic intelligence and data insights that will help guide a strategy to ensure UNEP interventions to shape the public discourse are highly targeted and effective in advancing the triple planetary crisis agenda. (c) Assess the impact of those interventions in real time and at key moments during the pilot d) Assess UNEP’s positioning and influence in relation to the private sector to inform the development of an influencer strategy. e) Complement and improve UNEP’s monitoring and evaluation of communication activities; and strengthen stakeholder and influencer mapping and opportunities. The strategy will aim at: • Strengthening UNEP’s work in tackling the triple planetary crisis . • Identifying appropriate and impactful UNEP communications approaches and engagement opportunities.
