The United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) is planning to upgrade the management of the various security installations of the Vienna International Centre (VIC). The Procurement Section of the United Nations Office at Vienna (PS/UNOV) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified vendors (manufacturers and/or authorized integrators) for the following lots: Lot 1: Supply, implementation and maintenance of an Alarm Management System and the integration of existing subsystems into it. The existing subsystems to integrate include, but are not limited to, one fire alarm system (19000 data points), two alarm and door access control systems (2000 data points), three public address systems, bus controlled traffic bollards and the interface to an IP based video surveillance system. Lot 2: Supply, implementation and maintenance of a video management and recording platform and the integration of existing video systems of various generations into this platform. A request for proposals (RFP) with the full scope of requirements will be send to interested companies. Please be advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation.
