UNICEF Middle East and North Africa Regional Office is in the process of sourcing potential manufacturers and suppliers for an Adolescent Kits in Turkey, Lebanon, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar , Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Djibouti, UAE, and Saudi Arabia . The objective of this REOI is to assess the availability of regionally sourced Adolescent Kits and pre-qualify vendors for the Establishment of Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) for  procurement initiatives in support of country programmes in the UNICEF offices in the Middle East and North Africa Countries.


General Description of the kit:

The Adolescent Kit is a package of guidance, tools, and supplies to support country programmes to reach and engage adolescents aged 10-17 years, affected by conflict and other crises. The purpose of the Kit is to promote positive outcomes for adolescents' psychosocial well-being, life skills, and active engagement in their communities. 


Technical Specifications:

The kit is designed for fifty (50) adolescents and four (4) facilitators and contains a total of  42 items.  Please see the detailed material list in the attachment ANNEX 1 " Adolescent Kit Specification"

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. We do not require bids or proposals at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the tender by submitting the required evidence to proof your qualification. Please apply and submit your documents if you only fulfill the qualification criteria. A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in the tender. Firms will be invited to participate in a tender (Request for proposals) following the outcome of the EOI and prequalification exercise.

UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final tender document.
