Description
The United Nations Office in Addis-Ababa is inviting expressions of interest from qualified ICT vendors for the provision of an integrated suite of ICT services, including high-speed Internet Services, Mobile Telephony with 4G/5G data (PLMN), and Landline Telephony utilizing ISDN or SIP technology (PSTN). These services are essential for our efficient communication and seamless operations. The duration of this Long-Term Arrangement is two years, starting from the 1st of October 2023, with the possibility of extension. We seek an experienced provider able to offer robust and reliable connectivity solutions, including comprehensive mobile and landline telephony services, and high-speed internet connectivity for multiple premises. Essential to this requisition is a proven track record in delivering reliable ICT services to large-scale organizations and a customer-centric approach combined with competitive pricing. The vendor's scope will cover all UN agencies in Ethiopia, providing critical services such as network security measures, flexible mobile plans, global roaming services, advanced telephony systems, and potentially, broadband satellite backup on-demand. Bidders are required to conduct site surveys across various locations, including the UNECA complex and other UN-designated offices, at their own cost. Note that conducting a site survey does not guarantee a contractual commitment, and survey fees for non-successful bidders will not be refunded. If your company can deliver these services and meet our requirements, we welcome your expression of interest. Successful vendors will have the opportunity to support the UN's critical operations in Ethiopia, delivering high-quality ICT services to facilitate our essential work.
