UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Long-Term Arrangement for Event Management Services UNICEF Ukraine - open for Ukrainian Service Providers or Joint Venture with companies in Ukraine. UNICEF Ukraine is planning to award Long-Term Arrangements (LTA) for the provision of Event management Services with specialized companies or hotels for 2 years, with the possibility of an extension for one more year. LTAs can be signed with several service providers. Services, as referred to in the Terms of Reference (TOR), shall apply to all arrangements organized by UNICEF, including the respective field offices for official purposes, such as seminars, conferences, meetings, trainings, and retreats in venues with standard or extended conditions located in Ukraine (elsewhere). Arrangements for these events include: - Accommodations for UNICEF-organizing participants of the mentioned above events. - Provision of audio equipment, speakers, and printers/copiers - Hire synchronic/simultaneous translators from and to the Ukrainian language - Rent the Venues - Coffee breaks, breakfasts, lunch, and dinner (catering services) - Transportation services - Provide branded materials - Training administration - Travel Management Services Pre-bid conference will be held online on May 31, 2023 [14:00, Kyiv time]. In the tender management site, if you navigate to the documents tab and opt in to confirm your intention to submit a Bid – you will then see the mandatory placeholders for documents that must be attached prior to submitting your Offer (you will also see if there are any mandatory questionnaires to complete). As such, you are recommended to `opt in` well before the submission deadline so you are clear exactly what documents are required to be uploaded prior to completing your submission. Please note that in order to access the tender documentation through UNICEF’s e-submissions system, vendors must: (i) be registered with UNICEF in UNGM as a company/NGO; (ii) have successfully completed all mandatory information currently required by UNGM when registering.
