Construction of Classrooms/Wash Facilities/ Reconstruction Sewerage System in Five Schools in Erbil, Iraq

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Iraq Operations, invites qualified construction firms to make a firm offer for construction of below LOT1 and LOT2 for UNHCR Iraq Operation.

This project is for constructing additional Classrooms for five Schools in Erbil to increase the buildings’ capacity toabsorb more students and provide educational access to the host community students living. Also, rehabilitate and renovate the sewerage system and WASH Facilities.

The classrooms are 4.5 X 7 and 5 X 7 meters.

LOT1:
Construction of Three Classrooms at Tarin Primary School, Construction of Two WASH Facility Units and One Classroom at Payman School, and Re-Construction of the Sewerage System and Rehabilitation for the WASH Facility Units at Raber Primary School in Erbil Governorate, Iraq.

LOT2:
Re-Construction of the Sewerage System and Rehabilitation for the Wash Facility Units at Aweza Primary School, and Construction of Three Classrooms at Kobani Primary School in Erbil Governorate, Iraq.

The identified location is:
1. Construction of Three Classrooms at Tarin Primary School (LOT 1)
2. Construction of Two Wash Facility Units and One Classroom at Payman School (LOT 1)
3. Re-Construction of the Sewerage System and Rehabilitation for the Wash Facility Units at Raber Primary School (LOT 1)
4. Re-Construction of the Sewerage System and Rehabilitation for the Wash Facility Units at Aweza Primary School (LOT 2)
