The consulting on “Organizing Mini Job Fairs for Refugees in Cairo and Giza Governorates” aims to enhance the quality-of-service provision for employability and improve career prospects for the project’s targeted young refugees, migrants, especially newly coming refugees from Sudan. In order to achieve this, the service provider is expected to facilitate the access of young people with different educational qualifications (High School - University) or with technical/vocational skills/experience to suitable job opportunities and employers. This will be done through organizing mini- employment fairs which match job seekers with employers, while cooperating with the project’s relevant stakeholders, Federation of Egyptian Industries, civil society organizations, amongst others) within Cairo and Giza. The consulting company is expected to provide ILO’s Youth for Future project team with a comprehensive work plan which shows the different job sectors, employers, logistical arrangements, suggested venues, and foreseen expenses, a clear strategy to encourage employers to hire refugees and migrants, and means of monitoring the number of young refugees and migrants hired after the employment fairs. They are expected to organize 4 mini job fairs, provide reporting duties and monitoring and evaluation tools.
