New clarification added: Q-3: Is there any format for this , please explain this items, (documentary evidence to demonstrate successful completion of the project)Ans-3: The bidders shall submit substantial/final completion certificate as evidence to demonstrate the successful completion of the project.

New clarification added: Q-2: If, after the estimation of each line item in the BOQ, the required skilled labor days are increased from the numbers quantified by UNOPS in the given BOQ, how can they be adjusted in the unit cost of this specific line item? For example, in BOQ of Lot # 5, UNOPS estimated skilled labor is 1605 laborer days for the duration of the project, and the contractor’s estimated skilled laborer days are 2000 laborer days. How this difference in cost is to be adjusted in the BOQ.Ans-2: Please kindly note that the bidders are not required to recalculate the quantities for BoQ items. Please concentrate and consider the quantities which are given in each line item. During the implementation, if there is some increase or decrease in the quantities then it will be adjusted through variation order.

New clarification added: Q-1: Question No. 1:Under Series 1000 – General Items in BOQ of each lot for example lot # 5 is 195 Calendar Days while the required Skilled and unskilled labors estimated by UNOPS under section 1314.01.A and 1314.01.B for each lot is 60 working days. Could you please clarify this a little bet more so that we can make a program of works for the exact time duration of the Project. Which one is the project duration; 60 working days or 195 calander days? Question No. 2:The stone for Plum concrete is a crushed stone or river stone?Thank you for your time and your early response for the raised quesitons is higly appreciated in advance.Ans-1: The duration of the project to which you should prepare and adjust the whole project work is the one written in red color on top of all items in the BOQ which is 195 Days. The 60 wording days mentioned in the Skilled/Unskilled items in the BOQ is just an exemplary figure and is not something obligation on your part. Your obligation is to adjust the number of your labourers per day requirement in a way that your construction part of the contract must be finished within the 195 Days duration of the project. Please read the given Specification for all parts of your BOQ (not only Plum). For your specific question, you may find the information you asked for under Section 7700 Plum Concrete, then under 7702 (maybe page 92/112) you can find the below paragraph.

New amendment added #2: - The requirement for DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire has been removed from the RFQ. Therefore, the bidders do not require to fill and submit it along with their bids.
