Description
The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC, seeks qualified companies, with at least 3 years experience in the field, to provide Technical Staff for IT Service Desk, VideoConference support and maintainance/repair of PCs for ECLAC's Headquarters in Santiago, Chile. The provision of these services consists of, but it is not limited to, the following: • Provide first tier service desk attention to user requests (telephone, email, ticketing system). If unable to solve the request, escalates to ICTS staff for second level support • Provide support to end users in their individual workplaces, including basic training in the use of hardware and software components • Perform hardware and software installation, connection to the network, maintenance; change of spare parts to the users’ personal computing devices, as: desktops, laptops, smartphones. • Support IP telephony services • Support Videoconferencing services • Maintain, update and disseminate among the supplied staff the information related to the attention of services
