Or is there any logistics outside of Mogadishu planned?UNMAS Response: All locations are in MogadishuClarification 2:Related to: "Capability to Video Stream" -> There is no deliverable related to this? UNMAS Response: This should be demonstrated in the links to previous assignments as requested.Clarification 3:Will someone from UNOPS provide translations where needed?UNMAS Response:UNOPS will not provide a translator . Bidders are required to have presence/network in Somalia. Videographer will need to translate themselves by adding subtitles in english to somali audio.Clarification 4:Are foreign based production companies eligible to apply? UNMAS Response:As Indicated, interested bidders should have a presence/network in Somalia .Clarification 5:Given the security situation in Mogadishu and the going rates for private security as well as general team safety during the shoot it seems appropriate for UNMAS to provide safe transort and accomodation for the service provider. Could you clarify if UNMAS is going to provide safe transport and accomodation for the service provider?UNMAS Response:There is no provision by UNMAS for accomodation and transport hence the requirement for bidders with presence in Somalia.
