Provision of online proctoring services

On behalf of the UN System, the United Nations (UN) Secretariat is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with experience in providing automated and live online proctoring services to ensure the integrity and security of assessment tests administered on the Moodle learning management system. In employing its workforce and determining the conditions of service, the UN Charter calls for securing the highest standards of efficiency, competence, and integrity. To this end, the UN Secretariat conducts various online assessment tests to evaluate potential candidates for recruitment and currently employed staff for certification purposes. It is expected that automated online proctoring services will be required for approximately 5,600 individual test sessions annually, and that live online proctoring services will be required for approximately 5,000 individual test sessions annually, with each test session expected to last up to two hours.
