Provision of Special Appeal Copywriting and Design Development Service for the Private Sector Partnerships of UNHCR Sub-Office Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China

The UNHCR Sub-Office Hong Kong raises awareness of refugee issues and asks individuals to support UNHCR’s activities through various channels, the support from donors and the public is essential to keep our donors and the public supporting our work. We fundraise and communicate with donors by sending special appeals to keep donors donating to UNHCR. Hence, Special Appeal Development Service is needed to develop the appeal package. In order to help UNHCR to communicate with donors and boost fundraising income and achieve longer-term fundraising goals, UNHCR is now seeking a supplier to provide the service for Special Appeal Development. The office is now opening this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Special Appeal Development Service in Hong Kong to support FOUR Special Appeal Direct Mail campaigns in April/ May, September, November 2023 and an evergreen product, for IG (Individual Giving Donors), MVD (Middle-Value Donors) & PPH (Private Partnerships and Philanthropy Donors) to solicit one-time donations from our Chinese & English donors.

Project duration: Service starting from the appointment of the selected service provider for 12-month (from February 2023 to February 2024). Please see in Annex A additional information about the services required (TOR).
